When Rachael Thompson was still in elementary, she watched Australia's X Factor and told her parents that one day she was going to win. On her 14th birthday, she was finally old enough to audition, and confidently walked on stage to chase the dream she'd had for years.
Even though she's only 14, her soulful, mature cover of Gabrielle Aplin's "Please Don't Say You Love Me" left the judges salivating for more. I know they get excited when they think they've found a future star, but I've never seen one actually rush the stage to tell a contestant how much they loved their performance. I'm pretty sure that one day Rachael's dream WILL come true!
