New Book Reveals Queen Elizabeth Reportedly Died Of Bone Cancer With ‘No Regrets’

Royal author Gyles Brandreth's new book, Elizabeth: An Intimate Portrait, addresses rumors about the monarch's final weeks and days. Brandreth was at Balmoral when Reverend Dr. Iain Greenshields visited the weekend before Elizabeth passed away.

He explains, "The truth is that Her Majesty always knew that her remaining time was limited. She accepted this with all the grace you'd expect."

The author addresses rumors that Queen Elizabeth had a rare form of the bone cancer myeloma, "which would explain her tiredness and weight loss and those 'mobility issues.'"

Dr. Douglas James Allan Glass, who was with the queen when she died, told People magazine that she "was expected and we were quite aware of what was going to happen."

Queen Elizabeth reportedly began experiencing sudden onset of exhaustion in August 2021.
