10 Of The Most Ridiculous Reasons Kids Got In Trouble With Their Parents

Parents definitely have to keep their children in check with reasonable punishments now and again.

Kids sometimes do pretty ridiculous and thoughtless things that need to be set straight. It's all part of being a good mom or dad.

But these 10 folks shared the strangest reasons that their parents had to punish them when they were young rapscallions. Whether the punishment was warranted or not varies from story to story. The common thread through all of these tales is that the "crime" at hand is so, so weird!

At the end of the day, you really just have to laugh, and thank your parents for putting up with all the silly things you did when you were younger.
