Real-Life Superheroes Kids Get The Perfect Capes From This Company

Whenever I feel bogged down by responsibilities and hardships, I try to think about how I have my health and family…and how there are so many people out there who have it so much worse than I do.

Children like this sick little boy who almost died because of complications from pneumonia don't know life any other way. There is nothing worse than a child who is suffering and it helps to put that into perspective when we're feeling down.

Something that also helps makes us feel better is bringing joy to these little ones who need it more than anyone else. When Robyn Rosenberger dusted off her sewing machine in 2012 to make superhero capes for her young nephew, she had a sudden epiphany. There are so many kids out there like this little boy who are real life superheroes. They don't need capes to prove it, but they could definitely help!

Since then, her company TinySuperheroes has really taken off and made countless sick children smile. The superhero capes helps give these little ones the strength to keep fighting, even on their most darkest days of treatment. In the following video, we learn how each and every one of us can help give a sick child the superhero cape to make them smile.

TinySuperheroes sends superhero capes to kids battling life-threatening illnesses. One of the highlights of Robyn Rosenberger's programs is seeing sick children empower each other, just like this little hero who's bringing capes to patients at Seattle Children's Hospital.

Super Jaeden wears his TinySuperhero tee shirt and holds on to his cape before a big surgery.
