Josh stopped cutting his hair and shaving his beard after his military career. Not only that, the 38-year-old veteran also began wearing the same outfit nearly every day: a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and work boots.
Needless to say, Josh's girlfriend Heidi desperately missed his old clean-cut ways. As time passed, she started to forget what he looked like under his thick, bushy beard!
Though she'd beg and beg to give him a trim, Josh would always refuse. It got to the point where he looked more like a caveman than anything else.

But in the video below, courtesy of The Oprah Winfrey Show, Josh finally agrees to a much-needed makeover. "I dare you to make me look better than I do right now," he told the beauty and style experts.
