Detroit Police Officers Go Viral With Their ‘Running Man Challenge’ Video

The "Running Man Challenge" has already made its way through several police departments across the world — and now the Detroit Police Department joined in on the fun.

Female and male cops showed off their best dance moves on the streets of Michigan, and that included the "Nae Nae" and the "Dab." And just wait til you see the breakdancing cop around the 2:00 mark. He didn't miss a beat!

It's clear these police officers were having a blast taking part in the challenge. And much like the time New York cops participated in the challenge, as well as the officers in New Zealand, the Detroit Police Department's video also went viral.

It was viewed more than 3 million times in less than a day and was shared over 100,000 times. Some were even calling it the best "Running Man Challenge" yet!

"I've enjoyed watching all the PD's that participated in the Challenge but Detroit you nailed it! My favorite by far, love the variety," one viewer said.

Another viewer was also glad to see a lighthearted side of police officers, writing, "It is truly needed because it shows the citizens of Detroit and surrounding areas that the police are people, too."

Watch below, and please SHARE if you agree that this was the best one yet!
