You can walk into any school and ask any random instructor why they do what they do, and you'll know they definitely aren't in it for the paycheck. It's about putting smiles on their students' faces and watching them grow into amazing individuals.

The talk show host has selflessly given so much to those both seeking higher learning as well as those who make it their mission to guide them along the way. It's not unusual to tune into an episode and watch Ellen change someone's life, but for this couple in clip below, she really goes above and beyond.
Lauren and Alan are not only both extremely devoted to their jobs as elementary school teachers, but also happen to be Ellen's biggest fans "in the entire world." While there are plenty of folks who would say the same, the engaged duo explains how they spent their first date almost exclusively discussing their favorite show, eventually closing out the restaurant with each of them gushing about favorite episodes and moments.
