You know that feeling when you really want to do something — and you know it's a small and rather unimportant thing, but the harder it is to accomplish, the more determined you get? Like opening a jar of pickles, or fixing a broken zipper. This adorable elephant knows that type of struggle all too well.
During a trip to the Fort Worth Zoo, YouTube user Johnbod noticed one of the elephants really wanting to break a stick on the ground of his enclosure. Judging by the looks from the other elephant, it seems they like chewing on the pieces of wood.
At the end of the video, the elephant has tried to break the stick but to no avail. And the way he gives up in a huff, it's just so human-like! I can just imagine a person reacting the same way, throwing the stick in the air with a "Hmmph! I give up, already!" LOL! One commenter made a brilliant observation: "What a display of intelligence followed by emotion… "
