Everyone, even the most calm, professional person, has a breaking point — a point at which they just cannot take it anymore. A judge in Arkansas appears to have reached her patience limit.
Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer believes the paternity case between Hunter Biden and Lunden Roberts is taking too long to resolve. The judge took matters into her own hands and ordered both Biden and Roberts to be present for all hearings from here on out to move things forward. She is not suffering any fools.
“From now on … I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct,” Judge Meyer stated. “I will no longer allow us to excuse clients.”
The next in-person hearing is set for May 1 at 9 a.m. Biden is expected and ordered to be present at that time. It is in his best interest to obey.

Judge Meyer came to this ruling after Biden’s attorney Brent Langdon informed the court that a laptop with possible links to his client was still in the repair shop. This laptop could have tax information on it, which would be important in this case. It has also been a controversial object used against Biden politically as a way to get at his father, President Joe Biden.
Judge Meyer and attorney Langdon got into a heated debate on the exact ownership of the laptop. Langdon was hesitant to say if it belonged to his client. He did not want to be involved in “all that stuff” regarding the laptop’s politics. He said he was “not in a position to even begin to answer that question.”
Langdon also filed a motion seeking a restraining order against Garrett Ziegler. Ziegler is a former adviser to former President Donald Trump and is working as an expert witness for Lunden Roberts. Ziegler's area of focus is Hunter Biden’s laptop. He has created a 644-page analysis of it.
Judge Meyer denied this temporary restraining order. Ziegler has long worked against the Biden family’s interests. He is far from a friend of the family.
Although the case has been hijacked politically, at its heart is Lunden Roberts suing Hunter Biden for child support. They share a 4-year-old daughter named Navy who was born in 2018. This young child seems to be the real victim here.
