Robert Reed is a school janitor at Farmington Elementary School in Germantown, Tennessee. During his time there, he's made quite the impact on the students and faculty.
Robert is known as being an incredibly hard worker who literally seeks out extra jobs around the school even after he has finished with his janitorial duties. He's always looking to lend a hand and always has a smile on his face.
Everyone at Farmington agrees that "Mr. Robert adds a little sunshine to our school."
But here's what people didn't know when Robert first started his job: He didn't have a car. Which meant he had to take three buses and walk 2 miles to get to school on time, then another 2 miles home at the end of the day. He usually doesn't get home until 8 p.m. or later. But that hasn't stopped him from showing up every day with a smile.

Robert is so beloved by his coworkers that they've driven him to the bus stop on some days and have even given him money for lunch on others. He'd been hoping to start a yard business on the side, but without a truck it was impossible.
That was, until his coworkers took their kindness and generosity one step further.
