Jill Duggar recently shared baby bump photos of her pregnancy before experiencing the unfortunate stillbirth of her daughter. In an Instagram post on Monday, April 29, 2024, the 32-year-old former 19 Kids and Counting star posted a carousel of old pictures of her holding her baby bump. " The baby bump photos we were so excited to share, but didn’t get to before she was gone," she captioned the post, adding several hashtags as follows: #islamariedillard #pregnancyloss #miscarriage #stillbirth #lovedforever #bornintoheaven #littlesister #girlparents .
"I’m so glad you took these and I’m so glad you felt empowered to still share them even after she’s gone," one person commented. "I’m sure this can feel like very conflicting emotions and I’m grateful for you showing the world a true look at grief. Sweet Isla, it makes no sense why you’re not here with us anymore but your mama will make sure you are never forgotten. ."
Jill and husband Derick Dillard revealed the stillbirth of their daughter on April 15, 2024. "It is with heavy hearts that we announce the stillbirth of our beautiful baby girl, Isla Marie Dillard," the post read. "Jill was 4 months pregnant (due in August) when we found out that our baby died in utero."

Six days after that post, they laid their daughter to rest. “ Isla Marie, our baby girl. We will love you forever & hold you in our hearts until we hold you in heaven. Laid to rest 4.19.2024."
