Justin Timberlake had a "tough week," he told the audience at a Chicago concert on Friday, June 21, 2024. His DWI arrest quickly transformed into different memes poking fun at the the alleged conversation that occurred between him and the police officer who pulled him over — the officer reportedly didn't know who Justin was. But the news isn't all bad — so far, Justin's world tour is continuing as normal (though ticket prices have reportedly dropped) and he recently sold his Nashville property for $8 million, multiple outlets have reported.
The 127-acre property is located on the outskirts of Nashville, and features a fishing pond, creeks, trails, and pastures. He sold the home just weeks before his high-profile DWI arrest.
Although the property sold for less than he listed it for — he listed it for $10 million in August 2023, reported The U.S. Sun — he still sold the property for more than he originally paid for it.
He purchased the property for $4 million in 2015, the outlet reported.

Justin's tour has raked in $140 million, Complex reported in March. However, ticket sales are relatively low, reported The U.S. Sun, as none of the shows are sold out, according to Justin's website.
Many sections at most of his shows still have a number of resale tickets and unsold tickets available.
