Khloé Kardashian Unveils Impressive 33-Pound Weight Loss Just 3 Months After Giving Birth

Khloé Kardashian has lost a whopping 33 pounds since giving birth to her first baby, True, three months ago. The reality star opened up about her post-baby exercise journey on her official app.

"Here is where I am at currently," Khloé said on the app. "True turned 3 months old on July 12. I honestly didn't give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I wasn't able to work out for the first six weeks. But, since then, I've lost 33 pounds! I'm shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly."

The fitness enthusiast says she used a "combination of breastfeeding and being very active" for the weight loss. Though she couldn't keep working out for her entire pregnancy, Khloé did stay healthy and active.

A few weeks after giving birth to True on April 12, Khloé headed right back to the gym with her trainer, Joel Bouraïma.

Khloé has dismissed rumors that she put herself on an extreme post-baby diet and exercise routine.

"After I had True, I didn't put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight," Khloé wrote. "I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week."

Now that she has a baby, maintaining her own routine is even more important.

“Staying healthy and active is something that’s very important to me,” Khloé said.

“Exercise is something I’ve always used to maintain my sanity and relieve stress. And, now that I have a baby, I still want to keep something that’s my time, my space, something I’m doing for myself.”

After giving birth to True, Khloé couldn't wait to get back to the gym. She called "Coach Joe" right when she got the green light from her doctor, and he was on the next flight to Cleveland, where Khloé lives with her boyfriend, NBA star Tristan Thompson.

But Khloé doesn't think all mothers should be gym fanatics.

“I never compare myself to other women as every woman has their own journey," Khloé wrote in her latest update. "We also all have different priorities in our day-to-day lives. One of mine is having that one hour where I can be selfish and alone in my place of refuge."

She's also been on a low-carb diet, designed by her nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia.

“It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!”
