She Pours Cream Over Chocolate. The End Result? Best Dessert Ever!

There's nothing I like more than easy, no-bake recipes, because they don't require you to be a master chef to pull off amazing — and tasty — treats for family and friends. On my quest to find a dessert I could make at home, I discovered this "No Bake Oreo Cheesecake" recipe. The end result is so delicious, and everyone will think you slaved for hours in the kitchen to make it. But we can keep that our little secret.

In the video, Gemma Stafford gives a step-by-step demonstration that will have you craving this yummy dessert. She crushes 22 Oreos and combines the crumbs with butter to make the crust. Then, she's on to the cheesecake filling, which includes a "secret" Oreo layer for added goodness.

Her other secret ingredient is a ganache, which she makes by heating cream and pouring it directly over the chocolate, then letting it melt. Later, she pours the cooled ganache over the cheesecake while in the tin. Then, she lets the cheesecake set for eight hours for the best results. The next day, you can serve the cheesecake with whipping cream and garnish with mini Oreos. (Get the full recipe here.)
