When Justin Weber's son was born, he realized that the state of his health wasn't just about him anymore — it was about providing a good example for his new baby. The overweight dad took the first steps to getting in shape by eating right and exercising. Now, just over two years later, he's down an astounding 170 pounds!
It would not be a stretch to say that the 34-year-old is now half the man he used to be.
But Justin credits his accomplishment to a phone app that changed the way he saw his fitness. Thanks to the app Lose It!, he was accountable for all the foods he ate but didn't have to worry about what others would say. He's recommended the app to friends and family members who have also successfully lost weight!
In side-by-side pictures of his "before" and "after" self, one can see how much he has changed. He even tried on one of his old shirts on television, and now, it hangs loosely on his trim frame.
But besides better health and fitness, Justin's weight loss gives him an extra advantage: He can now chase his 2-and-a-half-year-old son around and not get winded. It's the toddler who has to keep up with him!
