A Freak Accident Left This Bride Paralyzed…But Her Wedding Dance At 3:35 Is Simply Beautiful!

Rachelle Friedman’s whole life changed about four weeks before she was set to walk down the aisle.

On the night of her bachelorette party in 2010, her friend playfully pushed her into a swimming pool. The joke turned frightening when Rachelle hit the bottom of the pool headfirst causing damage to her spinal cord. She became paralyzed.

But Chris Chapman, her fiancé, refused to turn his back on her. The couple tied the knot one year later in a country-themed sunflower wedding in North Carolina.

It's very emotional to see brides like Rachelle overcoming obstacles and enjoying their special day. There's Gina Giaffoglione, who was able to walk down the aisle with the help of physical therapy, and Jennifer Darmon, who experienced a similar situation

Rachelle and Chris's emotional wedding was captured in the video below — and their love is an inspiration for all.

Rachelle’s father wheeled her down the aisle as she wore her wedding gown and held a sunflower bouquet. And the moment the couple shares their wedding dance at 3:35 is simply beautiful.

“They’ve shown me that when life gets hard and things change, true love will remain the same,” Rachelle’s friend said at the wedding. “There’s no one who deserves a guy as wonderful as Chris more than she does.”
