You Won’t Believe What Simple Daily Routine Can Improve Your Love Life…

Makeup is about more than looking good. According to a new study released today by Revlon and Fordham University, it also can improve relationships.

The study reveals that performing a simple daily makeup ritual can enhance a woman's openness to love and romance – who knew?

This week, Revelon released an advert-documentary to illustrate a study (see the video below) and interviewed several couples about their relationship, including its duration, what turns them on, and what they are most insecure about. A majority of the women cited confidence as their biggest problem.

Then they were sent off to try the Love Test, a special self-confidence ritual developed by Timothy de Waal Malefyt that involves looking into a mirror while applying makeup, having a piece of chocolate, and smiling.

All the women came back confident and chatted about their love life, unaware that their partners were listening in. All the ladies claimed that their self-esteems had improved, as well as their love life. But just wait until you see their partner's reactions! (Confession: I cried watching this!)

After seeing this video, I feel inspired to spend more time on my beauty routine. Don't you agree?
