When Nick Whittington and Lanie Mason decided to climb Mt. Bierstadt, they had one mission: get to the top! Although Mason began to feel the effects of the altitude at around 12,000 feet, Whittington excitedly urged her to keep going. And it's a good thing she did!
They finally arrived at the top of the mountain and asked another climber to take their picture holding a hand-written sign that they completed their trek to the top. While they were posing, Whittington pulled out an engagement ring and proposed! The amazing proposal was photographed by other climbers and likely gave the couple of four years plenty to talk about on their decent. How awesome!
