By the time Joani and Trevion Clemons were told they couldn't have any more kids, the couple felt that their family was complete.
The two were high school sweethearts and had four daughters years later. Though Trevion couldn't help feeling outnumbered sometimes, he and his wife couldn't be happier.
Joani was later diagnosed with a medical condition that would prevent future pregnancies. But seven years later, the couple received some surprising news: Joani was pregnant.
However, that wasn't the only surprise. Unbeknownst to the couple, they were expecting not one, but three babies! And when the mom was getting a sonogram done, the couple found out they were also having identical boy triplets.
Needless to say, the entire family was thrilled, but Joani's health was at risk, too. She finally gave birth, and the boys arrived at less than three pounds each, three months prematurely. They were so tiny that Trevion's wedding ring could slip down to the elbow of one's arm. The Clemons family prayed for yet another miracle.
Now, over a year later, the triplets are alive and thriving. Watch the clip to see what they look like now!
