Dog Won’t Stop Incessantly Barking At Man’s Wife, Officer Says ‘That’s Not Your Wife’

Dogs are incredibly smart creatures. Often, they can pick up on odd behaviors or even certain health issues their parents or family members may be experiencing.

Ian and Linda were high school sweethearts and had been together for over 20 years. They seemed like the perfect couple, but ever since their beloved Jack Russell, Toby, began incessantly barking at his wife, Ian began to question their relationship.

Linda had begun having mood swings and would often disappear for hours at a time without any real explanation of her whereabouts. Ian would often make excuses for her in his mind as a way to try to come up with something that made sense, but things simply weren’t adding up anymore.

One night, Ian was at home when he received a phone call from the authorities telling him that his wife had been the driver involved in a hit-and-run car accident. She had fled the scene, but the police were able to track her down.

Ian was completely shocked. He thought he knew his wife of 20 years, but when he went down to the police station to speak to her, she confessed something huge. She had been having an extramarital affair for several months and the hit-and-run was an accident.
