This has to be the most devastatingly beautiful video I’ve seen. I’m a wreck after watching it, and in awe of therapy dogs and the comfort, peace, and joy they are able to bring people who are suffering or near the end of their life. If there’s a list of the world’s most therapeutic dogs, truly Baxter’s name must be at the top.
Even though he was over 19-years old and could no longer walk himself, he'd lay next to dying patients; lick their faces, and give them someone soft to hold. At 1:29, when the woman gave Baxter a kiss and reached her hand out to touch him one last time, I lost it. Please SHARE Baxter's legacy with your friends… even though he's passed he is still healing hearts.
