It might look simple enough, but imagine the years of practice that must have gone into figuring out how to perfect this cake-decorating skill. You have to inject the absolute perfect glob of purple, green, white, and pink to make the correct flower shape. If you add too little, it looks weak and doesn't form correctly, and if you add too much it causes an explosion of color.
