Breast Cancer Survivors Find New Life And Hope In A Kayaking Community. So Inspiring!!!

When breast cancer survivor Angela Scott lost her own sister and best friend to the disease, she found solace kayaking. Something about being outdoors, on the water, at peace with nature gave her strength.

As a way to help other survivors come together and pay tribute to her sister's Natalie's positive attitude and fighting spirit, Scott founded Waters of Hope, a free kayaking community to help those suffering, in recovery or mourning lost loved ones.

The idea of living each day like it's the last on earth is the foundation of Waters of Hope. The group feels that when facing uphill battles, it's best to take the easy way and float downstream. Their bravery and strength is truly inspiring.
