Car Crashes Into Top Floor Of Pennsylvania Home In What Appears To Be An Intentional Act

A car crashed into the second floor of a central Pennsylvania home on August 7, 2023. After launching into the air and going through a bedroom wall, it was left dangling from the roof. Wild photos of the aftermath have been circulating around the internet, and you really won't believe your eyes.

It looks like something straight out of a movie, especially with the humongous hole left in the side of the house. Pennsylvania State Police said its investigators believe the crash was not an accident, and is calling it an "intentional act."

The Junction Fire Company responded to the crash, which was on Alfarata Road in Decatur Township, around 3:15 p.m. There, they found a Toyota Corolla literally hanging from the roof.

In the photos, the car is seen sitting on top of a lower roof that is over the front porch of the home, and the front of the car is smashed into a dormer. Large pieces of wood from the house are all over the roof and the ground.

Upon arriving, emergency crews stabilized the building to make sure it wouldn’t collapse further. They also helped the owners of the house place a tarp over the hole to prepare for incoming storms.

Thankfully, nobody inside the home was hurt. The driver of the car had gotten out of the vehicle, and was taken to the hospital to be examined.

A photo of inside of the house showed broken wood, among other things, covering the floor of a plaid bedroom. There's a treadmill still standing in the middle of the floor, and a bed is flipped on its side.

People in the comments took the story and ran with it, sharing their own hilarious jokes.

"Thats nothing," someone wrote. "I did this regularly coming home in the 1980's."

"This is 100% on Domino's for offering that 'pin point' delivery," someone else chimed in.

Others in the comments section wondered why someone would do this on purpose.

"But what was the motive?!?" someone asked.

"There's some really interesting story behind this," another person noted. "I hope we find out, eventually."

State troopers shared that they “determined through an investigation that the crash was an intentional act and charges are pending at this time.”
