I'm not a big drinker, but I do like a glass of Champagne every once in a while – especially during the holidays!
Along with all the preparation that goes into making a delicious holiday meal, finding the right Champagne is something that I routinely think about. It's like the icing on the cake that I want to get exactly right. What kind of glasses do I serve it in – regular wine glasses? How do I know how much to spend? And how, exactly, do I open it without sending the cork crashing through window?

(Extra points for anyone brave enough to try and open the bottle the way he demonstrates in the beginning. You'll have to open it outside, away from anyone or anything that might get damaged from a flying cork!)
