John Mulaney is an actor and comedian who is just like you or I in that he's been there. He's been that "regular" guy who had a terrible travel experience and lived to tell the (hilariously true) tale.
To me, it's important to remember Murphy's Law when it comes to flying, especially when you think you've scored a great price on your ticket. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and, just like so many of us, Mulaney learned that the hard way.
Now, I don't want to pinpoint Delta Airlines like he did, but I haven't forgotten the time they gave me my expensive luggage back with the straps torn off (How???). Or the time my plane landed at the wrong airport and we were offered discounted bus tickets (Thanks?). Or the time I got food poisoning on vacation from their questionable cuisine (Delta: 3, Caroline: 0).
This hilarious clip obviously hit a soft spot for me, but something tells me you'll be able to relate, too. Heck, you may even be patiently on hold with customer service or crying outside an airline gate right now. Stay strong, Delta passengers, and just remember you are not alone in the struggle!
