Dad Hasn’t Walked In 20 Years, Then Trains For 4 Months To Walk Daughter Down The Wedding Aisle

There's one very important detail that most little girls include when dreaming of their wedding day: They want their dad there to walk them down the aisle.

And this is something a lot of girls don't feel the need to talk about because they view it as a given. They often take for granted the fact that, of course, their dad will be there on their big day.

But not all women are able to take this view of their wedding day.

For some, their dad may not be able to walk them down the aisle. He will be there in spirit, but not body.

For Elise Holland, her dad Scott's multiple sclerosis diagnosis meant they'd have to get creative when deciding how to travel down the aisle on her wedding day.

But Scott, who hasn't been able to walk for two decades, was determined to escort his daughter down the aisle the traditional way.

And that's where the incredible exoskeleton comes in.

Scott trained intensely for four months to be able to use the exoskeleton — and when the big day came he was able to stun family and friends by walking Elise down the aisle on foot.

There were tears all around, but if you caught a look at Scott's face, he had a proud little smile on it. Both he and his little girl were having the best day.
