Are you going to be away from home for awhile and have no one to water your plants? Don't worry! Here's a quick tip on how to make your own self-watering pot with everyday items found around the house!
All you need for this easy life hack is a screw driver, water bottle and a couple pieces of string. Fix one end under the soil near the plant, and the other end into a bottle of water. The water wicks its way up the string, and into the soil. How cool is that?! No more asking your neighbors to swing by. Which is good, because I don't really like my neighbors, anyway 🙂
