You might be a “sensible cat person.”
Let’s eschew the whole “crazy cat lady” thing in favor of a title a bit more becoming, or so the below video suggests. Because there’s exactly zero things wrong with being a passionate pet owner, so let’s bag the negative connotations and embrace our love of all things kitties.
What, you may be wondering, inspired this new cat-centric terminology?
“[T]he video title was inspired by friends of ours that love cats (VOKRA president Karen Duncan being one) that don't really like being called ‘Crazy Cat Ladies,’ which made me start calling them ‘Sensible Cat People’ for fun,” YouTube user DrNworb told LittleThings. “I guess I was also inspired by our wonderful cats that have us so completely wrapped around their cute little paws, we never go anywhere and do everything possible and more to spoil them with love and to make them happy.”
For any of you other cat people out there, it sounds like we’ve found our tribe.
