At 4-years-old, Misky spent her entire life in a terrible puppy mill. She had never walked on a leash or been inside a home. When she was finally rescued and found a foster mom, Misky was terrified of all people and refused to let anyone touch her.
Halfway through this video, we go from seeing a scared, reluctant dog in the beginning of the day to just the opposite by the day's end – and all she needed was an open space where she could run free with her friends. I teared up when I saw Misky running toward the camera, with the happiest expression on her adorable face! Today, Misky lives with her loving forever home – all because of organizations that work to rescue animals in need.
