Two Women Wanted For Assault And Robbery After Uber Driver Asks One Of Them To Wear Mask

In a horrifying incident that was all caught on video, two women were seen assaulting their Uber driver. The incident took place in San Francisco on Monday afternoon. According to the driver, the women became angered when he asked one of them to put on a face mask while in his car, which led to the assault.

The driver, 32-year-old Subhakar Khadka, said he picked up three women Sunday afternoon at about 12:45 p.m. at San Bruno Avenue and Silver Avenue. In the video, which was captured by the driver, the women at first appear to be laughing and mocking him before physically assaulting him. He said they also called him racial slurs.

One woman can be seen intentionally coughing on Khadka before reaching into the front of the car and tearing off his face mask. She then grabs his cellphone, which he tries to wrestle out of her hand.

Law enforcement officials have now identified two of the passengers. Malaysia King is the woman seen in the video sitting behind the front passenger seat wearing red. Arna Kimiai is the woman seen sitting behind the driver who can be seen coughing on him and grabbing his phone.

Those two women are now wanted for assault and robbery and have been banned from using both Lyft and Uber.

The incident is incredibly disturbing. But the strange part is that one of the women, Arna Kimiai, took to her social media accounts to share video from her perspective. In a series of posts, she said she tried to get her friends to exit the vehicle while on the freeway. Kimiai’s Instagram account @keepinupwforeign has now been made private.

The driver's video footage has now gone viral. People are deeply disturbed by the attack on the driver, which shows just how misinformation about the importance of wearing masks in the time of COVID has led people to behave so poorly. There have been so many incidents in which anti-maskers have become enraged and verbally or physically abusive for simply being asked to respect the personal safety of others.
