The Cheetah Experience is a reserve in South Africa that is dedicated to "conservation efforts to save endangered species through captive breeding and awareness." Often, they will adopt orphaned, sick, or hurt animals and nurse them back to health, and are also committed to the controlled breeding and releasing back into the wild of several endangered species.
In this beautiful video clip, a volunteer at the Cheetah Experience gets up close and personal to a few wolves she has come to know and love – and they love her right back! These are definitely wild animals, but the way they trust her makes the bond between human and animal very apparent!
I'm so glad there are people who are dedicated to saving as many animals as possible!
