Anyone who can play a musical instrument well is honestly quite an impressive human being. The amount of time and effort it takes to really perfect and control an instrument is really admirable when you sit down and think about it.
So when New Yorker Benjamin Lamson came across two gentlemen playing and singing in the subway, he was so impressed that he stopped to film them for a few minutes. While the man singing and playing the guitar certainly has an unbelievable crooner's voice, it isn't until halfway through that something very unique happens: The man on the left starts whistling!
After the man with the bass finishes his whistling solo, the guitarist starts to whistle, and his talent is truly spectacular. The soaring high notes he hits when set up against the deep low booming of the thick strings is so interesting to listen to that it could stop anyone in their tracks!
While a lot of people can whistle well enough on their own, these two men have incorporated this sound to weave in and out along with the music. They work so well together as a team that we can only hope that this video gets super viral and they get to become famous for their actual talent.
Please SHARE this beautiful song if you hope these guys find fame!
Special thanks to Vilray on the guitar and his friend Damon Hankoff on bass! Check out their Facebook page!
