Getting married really is the ultimate adventure, isn't it? You're picking the one special person that gets to come along the ride with you, through all the highest highs and lowest lows.
So, why not mark the momentous occasion with an equally adventurous photoshoot?
One couple, Lauren and Alex Michaels, had the most epic adventure for their photoshoot. They had an active lava flow as their backdrop.
Photographer Jenna Lee took them to the active volcano Kilauea on the Big Island of Hawaii to capture some literally hot photographs.
When asked what this exciting shoot was like, Jenna told LittleThings, "The shoot felt other-worldly… we hiked out at 3:30 am under a meteor shower. When we got to the active flow it was still pitch black. As we crunched across the lava field we could see the lava flowing from beneath the cracks under foot – it was incredibly surreal!
"As the sun began to rise a river of lava broke out, the heat was immense, but the wind blew the heat away from the couple keeping them comfortable for just long enough to enjoy the lava… A couple embarking on life's greatest adventure together and honoring that by going on the adventure of a lifetime. Talk about beautiful!"

These two had been together for 10 years before getting married.
They bonded over the fact that Lauren is deaf, and Alex has a deaf parent.
