The Saddest Dog In The World Is Finally Saved From A Shelter

It's a heartbreaking fact that there are so many dogs out there in shelters who are in desperate need of a good forever home which will give them the love and respect that they deserve to have.

A little pit bull mix by the name of March arrived at a shelter as a stray. The volunteers were so worried for him simply because he was such an outgoing and handsome young dog. How could no one want to keep him and love him for life?

As the days went by this lovable little dog began to get more and more depressed. Used to running around and having fun, this poor baby was nervous and scared in the animal shelter. He wanted a home more than anything, and finally that dream came true.

March was just about to be adopted by a new forever home when the unthinkable happened, the adoption fell through. While we can't be sure, when the news came it almost seems as if he understood it. It almost seems as if he knows that he's not going home.

Fox 29 news anchor Dawn Timmeney heard about this heartbreaking story and she knew in her heart that she would have to do her best to get this poor guy adopted. She snapped a photo of him in his darkest moment, and then everyone began to pray that a new family would come along to save him.

Not knowing what his future had in store, this handsome dog, who used to be so happy and playful, began to get more and more depressed with each passing day.
