Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson’s relationship has made headlines numerous times, but the recent headlines have caught people off guard. Apparently, according to unnamed TMZ sources, Bill and Jordon are no longer romantically involved. A source said this is not a recent development, either.
The controversial age-gap relationship allegedly ended last year. These rumors have shocked people because Jordon and Bill have appeared in public together after the alleged split, leading everyone to think they were still dating.
The reports allege that Jordon has already started seeing other people.

TMZ reported that Bill, 74, and Jordon, 25, broke up “late last year.” Despite the alleged split, they are still “committed to their business partnerships and remain close friends,” so perhaps that’s why they’ve been spotted together in recent months. Still, the report has obviously raised questions, including among Bill’s University of North Carolina football colleagues.
USA Today has reported that two UNC football office staff members had heard nothing about the alleged breakup. According to TMZ, photos show Bill and Jordon spending time in Nantucket in July of this year.
Jordon’s last Instagram post featuring Bill was shared in May.

To be fair, she hasn’t posted anything at all since then. And, interestingly, according to the TMZ report, they would’ve already broken up at that point. However, the photos Jordon posted on May 2 showed them holding hands. She captioned the post with, “Not the first time we’ve trudged through the mud together.”
Bill also defended Jordon during a fairly recently interview published by The Wall Street Journal. He didn’t say anything that suggested they had broken up, but his comments were also primarily about her involvement in his career. People were concerned when they saw that Bill asked someone in UNC’s communications department to include Jordon in any emails sent to him. Bill called the narrative that emerged a “flat-out lie.”
“The way the story was picked up was a long way from (what was really going on),” he told the publication. “Like, ‘She’s trying to be the general manager of the team,’ and it’s so ridiculous.”
Bill has now (sort of) addressed the breakup rumors.

But not really. His response to the TMZ report hasn’t cleared anything up. When WRAL asked him about the breakup rumors, he fired back at the reporter with, “Do you work for a tabloid now? I’ll keep my personal comments and relationships to myself if that’s alright with you.”
Although TMZ‘s report did not mention a reason for the alleged split, The Daily Mail later reported that the decision was mutual. The “high-profile” nature of the relationship reportedly “became overwhelming” for both of them. It was also pretty distracting, and they allegedly decided that splitting up seemed like the best option.
Obviously, the breakup has not been confirmed by Bill or Jordon at this point, but if the rumors are true, a source told The Daily Mail that ending the relationship has allowed Bill to focus more on his “first love,” which is football.
