Over 60 years ago, while stationed in the Pacific during WW2, John sent the woman he was courting a small wooden box as a gift. The two eventually married, bought a home, and raised a family. Their son loved the box so much that he took it as his own.
For their parents' upcoming 60th wedding anniversary, their son and daughter, now adults, wanted to do something extra special. They remembered the box — such a small object that had played such a huge role in their family history — and filled it with memories of moments that signified the love their parents shared, which eventually led to their own creation! Watching this made me tear up at the end! I LOVE seeing families that are so happy together!
