When you're little, Halloween is one of the best holidays in the world. You get to dress up, stay up late, and collect as much candy as you can possibly fit into your pillowcase or plastic pumpkin – and then eat as much as your parents will let you.
This little boy has a fantastic costume courtesy of "Despicable Me," but it seems to be a little top heavy — so when his dad lets him go, he has a hard time controlling it on his own! LOL!!
His parents might want to consider holding his hand the whole time!
My favorite part is definitely: "I'm okay!"
