Her Loved Ones Said Goodbye To Grandma In Her Coffin, Hidden Camera Saw What Happened Next

Lois Hicks was a caring 88-year-old from Odessa, Texas, who had dedicated her entire life to her family. She had met the love of her life, Harry Hicks, when she was just 22 years old. They met while volunteering their time to those in their community and immediately felt a spark.

The couple married less than a year after courting and had four children together. Harry inherited a small horse farm and kept busy tending to animals throughout his years while Lois spent her days raising their four kids.

In her later years, Lois began suffering from heart issues. The doctors were able to help get things under control at first, but in her 88th year, Lois suffered a fatal heart attack. Her family was devastated by this loss, but they wanted to allow her loved ones the opportunity to celebrate and remember her, so they put on a large memorial service.

During her funeral service, there was an open casket so anyone who wished to come up and say goodbye to this amazing woman was allowed to do so. Lois was incredibly loved within her community, but no one could have foreseen what was about to happen.

According to HuffPost, surveillance footage caught an unidentified woman “appearing to twist the finger of 88-year-old Lois Hicks” in a quiet moment during her memorial service in an attempt to steal a piece of jewelry from the deceased’s hand.
