Wynonna Judd's daughter Grace Kelley was arrested on April 5 after she allegedly exposed herself on a busy Alabama highway, but now she has also been charged with "soliciting prostitution." Grace, 27, reportedly "exposed her breasts and lower body" to drivers who were driving by. She was initially arrested for indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, reported USA Today. Wynonna has not yet commented on the recent arrest.
Millbrook Police Chief PK Johnson reportedly told Daily Mail why the new charge was added.
Police chief PK Johnson told the outlet that in addition to flashing people on the highway, Grace also held up a sign that read "Ride for a Ride."
The police chief also told the outlet that Grace tried to argue with officers about what she was doing.

"When she made contact with our officers, she argued with them about the legality of what she was doing," the police chief told the outlet.
"And that it was not illegal for her to offer herself in exchange for rides," he continued.
The police chief also said that Grace was "belligerent and argumentative," and her "refusing to identify herself and her attitude with law enforcement" is what led to the obstruction of governmental operations charge.
Grace reportedly is supposed to appear in court on April 25, reported Page Six.
This is not the first time she has faced legal troubles. She was arrested on drug charges in 2016. She pleaded guilty to manufacturing, delivery, sale and possession of meth in 2017, reported Us Weekly, and though she was sentenced to nearly a year behind bars, her sentence was later reduced.
She spent 30 days in jail then was required to take part in a drug recovery program. However, she left the program early, meaning she violated her probation, reported Page Six.
In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating her probation. She was released early, but then later arrested again.
The Daily Beast reported that she was released early to participate in “cognitive-behavior programming, substance abuse treatment programming, release to halfway house, and community service work until employed."
However, after being released in 2022, she was arrested again in 2023 for not following a restraining order and violating parole, reported The Daily Beast.
