The singer, 43, is in the middle of his Forget Tomorrow global tour and is scheduled to perform in Chicago on June 21 and June 22. Though details have not been released, a source told People that Timberlake was allegedly dining at American Hotel in Sag Harbor before police pulled him over.
Sources allege that he was dining with friends then was pulled over shortly after leaving. TMZ has reported that a source said Timberlake allegedly didn't stop at a stop sign as a result of driving while intoxicated.
