Prince William just turned 42 years old, and his family is celebrating his birthday with a heartfelt message and sweet photo. On Friday, June 21, 2024, (Prince William's birthday), Kate Middleton shared a photo of the Prince of Wales with their children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6. In the photo, which the Princess of Wales is credited with taking, William and his children are holding hands and jumping in the air on the beach.
"Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much! Cx," Kate captioned the image on Instagram.
Another beach photo taken by Kate was shared via Instagram for Father's Day. In that photo, Prince William is standing alongside his kids and hugging them as they all look toward the water.
William and Kate usually caption their photos with their initials to indicate who posted to their account. William's birthday post was signed with a "C," indicating that Catherine, or Kate, created the post.
On Father's Day, the post was signed "G, C & L" — for George, Charlotte and Louis.
King Charles also had a birthday message for his son.
