Donald Trump just can’t let his yearly physical and his cognitive exams come and go, can he? It wouldn’t be a Tuesday if he didn’t spout out about it on Truth Social to make wild claims about his overall health, apparently. And that’s exactly what he did when he wrote, per a shared screenshot on X, that he was declared to have “extreme intelligence.”
Whether or not anyone actually believes that, the claim has sparked yet another wild online discussion about Trump’s mental and physical health. Having access to social media can’t be good for him either way, but now that he made this wild claim about his intelligence, people have new thoughts on what’s the truth and what Trump has fabricated. Or, for that matter, what his doctor tells him.

In his Truth Social post, Trump said that he scored higher than any other president before him on his cognitive test. I mean, I don’t remember presidents taking this many cognitive tests during their terms, but go off, king.
“The results of my Physical Examination, taken at Walter Reed Military Medical Center, and just released, were extremely good,” he wrote in his post at 12:35 a.m.. “Unlike other U.S. Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30, considered ‘extreme intelligence.’ “
But, unfortunately for Trump, not many people outside of his “yes men” inner circle believe that he has this alleged extreme intelligence. In fact, many believe that the tests themselves have only proven that Trump’s cognitive abilities are concerning for medical professionals.
“Is he really that dumb? The ones who follow him are dumber,” an X user wrote in response to the post.
Another person wrote, “Does he not realise that the Cognitive Test doesn’t diagnose intelligence but capacity, therefore, he isn’t that intelligent after all.”
Someone else called Trump outright “wacky,” so there’s that. “Previous presidents weren’t administered cognitive tests because their cognitive health was never called into question…duh!!!” They wrote. “Keep bragging about your cognitive test results. It’s a constant reminder of how wacky and inept you are.”
He could be getting screened for dementia without knowing it.
Keep in mind Donald Trump is the only President in history who is forced to take dementia tests every quarter.

Other people believe that Trump being given so many cognitive tests during his second term in the White House proves that someone believes he needs those tests to determine his competency. And, possibly, whether or not he is suffering from dementia or another undiagnosed issue.
“Omg someone tell him the truth, he is being screened for dementia!” An X user commented.
“Dumbo still thinks this is an intelligent test lol,” another user wrote. “It’s a cognitive test, like do you still have all your marbles? You normally get given one when people around you start noticing a change in your behaviour and memory. He’s needed four, the dude definitely has dementia.”
Trump is surrounded by yes men through and through.
The issue is that Trump surrounds himself with people who are either afraid to tell him the truth or believe what he says so deeply that they take his word at face value. However, that probably isn’t the best in the long run.
As someone pointed out on X, “You’d think someone in his admin would’ve told him by now…The fact that he describes these tests as hard means his brain is f–ked up. For us with a correctly functioning brain, these tests are simple. So simple we’ve turned them into games for our phones. But for an older adult experiencing early dementia or Alzheimer’s, these tests are difficult and exhausting.”
