Little Boy Is Always Hungry After Being Babysat By Grandma So His Dad Starts Digging

As a parent, you can almost always tell when something is off with one of your kids. When you get one of those gut feelings, it’s important to allow them to guide you because your child could be in trouble and need your help.

When little Mason complained that he was hungry, his father, Matthew, didn’t think much of it. He thought that his son was just going through a growth spurt and that it was nothing to worry about.

Due to his parents’ work schedule, Mason spent a lot of his days with his grandmother. Matthew’s mother-in-law had always seemed so attentive, so he just figured that Mason was getting fed on his usual schedule.

Matthew started to wonder if something was up with his son when for about a week whenever he would bring Mason home from his grandmother’s house, he would immediately go into the kitchen and start foraging in the fridge for food.

Concerned about his child’s intense appetite after he picked him up each day, Matthew kindly instructed his mother-in-law to give Mason a large and nutritious lunch that was packed with calories and protein, so he would hopefully stay full longer.

A few days later, Matthew noticed that nothing had changed and when he asked his son if grandma was giving him lots of food to eat throughout the day, his son immediately clammed up. It was at that point that Matthew knew he needed to do something proactive to help his son.
