Parents Demand Answers After Seeing Footage Of 3-Year-Old Knocked Down By School Employee

In a deeply troubling incident at an Ohio school, a video has surfaced that shows an adult employee chasing down a toddler and then violently striking the child in the back of the head.

The shocking footage has left the parents of the child demanding answers and seeking justice. This situation has raised important questions about the safety and well-being of children within educational institutions.

The video captured at the Rosa Parks Early Learning Center within the Dayton public schools system in Ohio showcases a deeply disturbing incident that unfolded in a matter of seconds. In the clip, a young child is seen running down the school hallway, trying to escape from an adult employee who is closely following him.

What follows is mind-blowing, as the employee violently strikes the toddler in the back of the head. The impact is so forceful that the child is sent sprawling forward, eventually slamming onto the floor. Then the employee picks the child up by his feet and carries him upside down back down the hallway. Not only are the parents upset about the incident, but they are outraged by the fact that it took them weeks to learn what fully happened.

Michael Wright, the parents' attorney, stated, “This delayed their child getting medical treatment because they were not being transparent, and they were concealing what actually happened at the school.” In a digital statement to Inside Edition, the superintendent stated, “The district is taking additional measures to ensure all 2,300 employees are properly trained and qualified for their positions in an effort to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.”

Since the incident has occurred, the employee at fault has resigned but the boy's parents claim that isn’t enough. Their attorney has said that they are contemplating legal action. The case has been presented to the Montgomery County prosecutor’s office.
