Shirtless Fans Take To The Field During Super Bowl LVIII But Are Quickly Sacked

Not everything that happens at the Super Bowl will make it on the broadcast. This was the case in Super Bowl LVII, which took place on Sunday, February 11, 2024. Two shirtless men ran onto the field during the third quarter.

Just because they didn’t make it on the live broadcast doesn’t mean there isn’t footage. In this modern era, it is safe to assume someone will also catch the moment on their phone. Social media came through to show viewers at home the drama.

The two men made their move with five minutes left in the third quarter. There was something written on their backs but no one could read it. Perhaps they were moved by Usher’s performance, which had just taken place. Maybe they wanted to channel their inner Jason Kelce.

Both men were taken down my security pretty quickly. They really didn’t stand a chance. Their motives and identities are unknown at this time.

The men did little to stop the action of the game. Play only temporarily paused. The broadcast did not show their antics at all but game announcers Jim Nantz and Tony Romo did briefly mention them. They labeled them as partial streakers which is almost more exciting then they deserved.
