Grandma Reads To Toddler, But He Cracks Up When She Starts Rhyming

Reading is usually considered a relaxing, solitary hobby. When you pick up a book, you can escape to another world, one that entertains you, moves you, and even changes your life.

Or, it can just make you laugh continuously to the point that you turn red!

In the video below, shot in Soquel, California, a grandma was reading a picture book to her little grandson.

The book contained lots of rhymes and sing-songy words — specifically, the following bit of poetry:

"Ickle me pickle me tickle me too."

Now, the toddler in the video, even with a piece of food in his mouth, could not hear those words without completely cracking up.

Every single time Grandma repeated the rhyme, he exploded into laughter, his skin turned red, and he turned to the person behind the camera as if to say, "Are you hearing this? This is hilarious!"

I can see how it would be funny, to a toddler.

Plus, if you look closely, it kind of looked like he was eating a pickle.

So maybe it wasn't that funny; it was just a matter of relatability!

Finally, as the story came to a close, he leaned closer into his grandma, so she could deliver the final rhyme.

Again, he laughed like it was the first one all over again!
