Everyone knows that keeping up with a reliable exercise schedule is easier said than done. While some of us plan on walking around the neighborhood after dinner, or even trying some yoga in the morning, by day three, it really seems like we're just too busy to keep it up and make it a part of our daily routine.
And if you're a new mom who just recently had a baby, keeping up with any kind of schedule just seems laughably impossible at times. Running back and forth to get everything your baby needs, from Gerber food to Huggies diapers, motherhood really is a full-time job, and the idea of signing up with your credit card for a gym membership just seems unlikely.
But for one group of mothers, they've found quite an amazing solution to this well-known problem: dancing with their babies!
Not only does this exercise keep these new moms fit and healthy, but it's a pretty amazing way to get some special bonding time with the baby that would have been missed otherwise.
Along with the sense of community that comes with this adorable little group of women, this dance is going viral for all the obvious reasons. Not only are the babies themselves having a wonderful time, but these moms are loving every minute of it!
