According to his employees, Mark Sebba is the most well-loved CEO on the planet. While most people say they like their boss, it's clear in this video that Sebba's employees really do love him.
That's why when Mark Sebba announced his retirement as CEO of the online luxury fashion retailer, Net-A-Porter Group, his employees organized the most mind-blowing flashmob I've EVER seen to show their appreciation for his past 11 years at the helm.
When Sebba showed up for a routine day at the office in late July 2014, he was shocked to be greeted by a gospel singer who led him past hundreds of cheering employees holding signs that said "Mark Sebba You're The Man!". A mariachi band, acrobats, dancing ladies, a full gospel choir and bagpipers also joined in the flashmob that spanned across THREE continents.
Employees in New York, New Jersey and Hong Kong were on video doing their own dance and tributes to their CEO in the UK. Instead of having a sad retirement party, the company's Executive Chairman decided to do something suitable for their beloved boss. Sebba's reaction at 6:20 tells me his employees definitely got it right!
