Go to just about any restaurant, anywhere on your birthday and you're pretty much guaranteed two things: a half-decent cake and a cheesy "Happy Birthday" song from a staff that wishes it wasn't really part of the job. But when Sylvia's friends and family took her to Olive Garden for her birthday, she got a present she's never going to forget!
Her brother had been stationed overseas for 18 months, and she had NO CLUE he was making the long trip home just to wish her the best year ever. If it keeps going as good as this, how could it not be the best year of her life? What a touching moment!
